At Align Health Coaching we focus on the health of women as they approach and move through life in their 40’s.
This decade is a particularly significant time for a woman’s health due to the combination of juggling various commitments such as parenting and career responsibilities, the impact of past and present lifestyle choices and the natural process of ageing.
Common health issues can include:
Stress / Overwhelm / Burn out / Fatigue / Poor sleep / Weight gain / Gut related issues
Hormonal changes / Perimenopause / Menopause / Feeling disconnected from others
Lacking a sense of purpose / Feeling stuck in a rut

Taking care of your health at the midpoint in your life has never been more important. You will have experienced a range of health issues which reflect your life experiences so far. But you also have half of your live yet to live!
To protect your future health and to live the second half of your life fully, we need to be proactive and take control of our health. But quite often we wait for something to go wrong before we think about our longer term health goals and we tend to look at areas of health in isolation, and this is not the correct approach. All systems in the body are interconnected and neglecting one will impact another. Likewise our minds and bodies are not separate and we need to connect the two.
As a certified holistic Health Coach and Meditation Teacher, I believe that we need to connect our mind, body and soul to achieve balance and optimal health and wellbeing.
As well as taking into account nutrition and exercise I also like to encourage clients to dive a little deeper and do some inner work on themselves by evaluating:
